In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Couldn't be more pleased with our choice to use Thompson's for a condolence arrangement. Living out-of-state, we needed the right combination of a large, experienced business, but one that is personal and flexible. The woman on the phone was very helpful in formulating the right arrangement for our budget, and she paid attention to our special instructions as a matter of course. I am 2400 miles away in Iowa. My Mother in Love was celebrating her 80th birthday and we were unable to attend her surprise party. I called Thompson’s after reading reviews and looking at arrangements online and I must say, we were not disappointed. MIL loved her flowers and we were pleased with the process and customer service.
