I’ve never had that before and found it to be unique and helpful since I wasn’t able to see it in person. On the day of the service, I received another text to advise the arrangement was on its way, then a confirmation once it arrived (and on time)! Thank you, Thomas Flowers, for a seamless experience. I requested a specific time range for the delivery, and they were right on time, even a bit early which was fantastic! The arrangement was about as close to the photo on their web site as you can get. Given that they're working with plant material, I think they did a great job. My wife was very happy, and the flowers still look great! Flower delivery is so expensive and uncertain these days, that it was a pleasure to work with a shop that delivers on the product and goes out of their way to deliver on time. Highly recommend!
