Top notch experience! I placed my order by phone because I live in Iowa. Detailed in every way, including the handwritten card to go with the flowers. I received pictures of the bouquet prior to delivery. I was provided with a link to track my delivery. Very professional and beautiful. Thank you! ---- Florist's Response: Thank you, Stephanie! My experience was very good, starting with the communication of what I wanted to the delivery of the designer choice bouquet and the product itself. Wow!! Talk about a professional and enjoyable experience. It’s so nice to deal with a company that knows what they’re doing. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Delivery was perfect. Communication was excellent. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them, and am so happy to have found a reliable florist for future needs.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability.
