I ordered an arrangement for my auntie’s funeral service. Orchids were her favorite flower. Ordering online was easy and straightforward. When I called the shop to ask a quick question, I received friendly service. After the arrangement was created, i received a text that included a photo and video of it! I’ve never had that before and found it to be unique and helpful since I wasn’t able to see it in person. On the day of the service, I received another text to advise the arrangement was on its way, then a confirmation once it arrived (and on time)! Thank you, Thomas Flowers, for a seamless experience.
