I live in West Virginia & my daughter lives in Goodyear, AZ. I sent this for her birthday and she was very pleased with it. The lady that took my order did an excellent job and was very helpful. If I’m not mistaken her name is Emily (sometimes I forget names). She was very helpful & has a great personality. I PREVIOUSLY CALLED ANOTHER FLOWER SHOP IN THIS TOWN AND I WAS GETTING TERRIBLE SERVICE SO I HUNG UP. I THEN CONTACTED THOMPSON'S AND GOT AMAZING SERVICE AND THE PLANT I ORDERED WAS BEAUTIFUL. I HIGHLY RECOMMENT THOMPSON'S FOR ANY FLOWER OR PLANT NEEDS. THEY DID EVERYTHING PROFESSIONALLY AND ON TIME!
