Each basket is made with a different assortment of plants, the plants in each order will vary.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I live in West Virginia & my daughter lives in Goodyear, AZ. I sent this for her birthday and she was very pleased with it. The lady that took my order did an excellent job and was very helpful. If I’m not mistaken her name is Emily (sometimes I forget names). She was very helpful & has a great personality. I PREVIOUSLY CALLED ANOTHER FLOWER SHOP IN THIS TOWN AND I WAS GETTING TERRIBLE SERVICE SO I HUNG UP. I THEN CONTACTED THOMPSON'S AND GOT AMAZING SERVICE AND THE PLANT I ORDERED WAS BEAUTIFUL. I HIGHLY RECOMMENT THOMPSON'S FOR ANY FLOWER OR PLANT NEEDS. THEY DID EVERYTHING PROFESSIONALLY AND ON TIME!

The arrangement was delivered promptly after purchase. The recipient of the arrangement said it was beautiful, and the plants were very fresh. The website was user friendly, and i was contacted by phone to confirm my delivery request. A very good experience with this florist. I definitely will use them again
