Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Selected the Designer's Choice - created a beautiful arrangement. Excellent followup - sent a photo of the completed arrangement; text message when the delivery was on the way; text message when it was delivered. Best flower shop I have ever used!! I contacted Thompson’s Flower Shop to order f flower arrangement for my wife while I was away for business. They created a bright, fun arrangement that was stunning. Flowers were beautifully arranged and just what I asked for :) however, next time I may just order online thru the website. My sisters name was spelled incorrectly & I had to give the address 3 different times?? I have been using this florist for a few years now. They NEVER disappoint! They are not the cheapest but you definitely get what you pay for and then some! Great customer service. I also like supporting local businesses instead of the big corporate florists.
