If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Flowers were beautifully arranged and just what I asked for :) however, next time I may just order online thru the website. My sisters name was spelled incorrectly & I had to give the address 3 different times?? I have been using this florist for a few years now. They NEVER disappoint! They are not the cheapest but you definitely get what you pay for and then some! Great customer service. I also like supporting local businesses instead of the big corporate florists.

Stellar customer service! It was beyond my expectations—professional, friendly, and efficient processing of order. I received a late notification of the passing of a long-time colleague and called Thompson’s floral shop at 9am, the day of the funeral. I chose this shop because of the great reviews I read. I live in Southern California and the funeral was at 5pm in Goodyear, AZ. They made it happen! I received an electronic receipt and a picture of the arrangement delivered to the family.
